Sucks, waste of time

There is something wrong with this app because every time I try to log in with my account for my tv service provider something keeps going wrong. I mean I entered all the correct information when I click submit it just says "oops, sorry we cant connect", even though my wifi is completely on. There hasnt been anything wrong with my tv service provider, so I guess this app is just pointless. If you have the same problem dont get the app.
